Meadows Sanctuary-Perfect base for exploring Edinburgh, private garden

Lovely traditional main door apartment, just off the Meadows in a tenement building with own garden to relax in.

The property offers a master bedroom with kingsize bed and original shutters for perfect darkness! The 2nd bedroom offers a double and the 3rd a double/single bunk bed. There is a family bathroom with bath over shower and a shower room with toilet and sink There is a large lounge with a separate kitchen/diner and a utility room.

With a private front door and garden it has all the benefits of a house, without the stairs! and of course a private back garden
Stroll across the Meadows and your in the city centre!

Please note the piano is for decoration only and there is ring camera covering the entrance to the property.

Beautifully appointed home in a quiet but convenient neighborhood. Everything we could have needed was here for us. Check in was smooth and the owner responded quickly to answer our question. Plenty of room for my husband and me, along with my 2 brothers. It was really a treat to stay here!

The place to stay in Edinburgh

This home was such a highlight of our trip to Edinburgh. From the layout with large windows and a private garden at the back to all modern appliances, it mixed the charm of a Jane Austen story with modern day convenience. Would definitely visit again.

Family vacation in Scotland

Lovely, comfortable rental that suited our family (My wife, myself and our three children ages 6, 10 and 11) very well. Took us sometime in the rain trying to figure out the combination lock on the front door, but after we figured that out, it was a nice experience for 3 days.

My husband and two young adult sons spent xmas in London and then a three day stay in Edinghburgh. This flat was perfect! It was exactly as pictured - lovely and well appointed. Spacious rooms. Wonderful kitchen and outdoor area (which would be nice in the warm months!) Great location - everything is in walking distance. Communicatons where clear and easy. Highly recommend!
