Margo is a responsive host and helped us with location details, transportation information and ideas for enjoying our stay in Edinburgh. Highly recommend the beautiful cottage and its location. It gave us a break from the busy downtown after long days of travel and seeing the city. The garden is an amazing part of the stay! Minutes away, there were grocery stores and Margo provided a lovely greeting basket that gave us things to enjoy after getting off a long flight. Awesome experience!

Margo's home was delightful! Really wish we'd had more time to spend there. Beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed and welcoming! One of our top private rental stays ever. We felt very at home and well cared for by the host, who communicated SO very well from the initial booking. We felt comfortable with no anxiety about getting there or getting in or whatever. It is a bit out from downtown EDB but public bus stops were close by. Well worth the extra travel time in and out of the tourist area. This place is everything it appears to be from the listing and more. Of course beds are a very personal taste, but found these to be quite comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, though we mostly ate on the go. Pretty sure we could have made a full home cooked meal if we'd have wanted to do so .
