Shower didn't work in the room (ran cold). Food was OK but for the cost, expected better. Room on the top floor was very hot, no AC or operable window which would not compramise safety.

Staff very friendly and a very reasonable standard overall. Hotel room was clean, functional and comfortable if a little dated from the outside. Overall good value for money.

The stay was a business trip with an ideal location. Limited food option for me as I am not a buffet meal fan, however the stir fry was very good. Room clean as well as the everywhere in this accommodation.

The hotel was nice and comfortable but was dated and in need of a bit of a refreshment. All rooms have a balcony or small terrace to them and the food was very nice. Convenient for the work I was doing in the area and there is a large shopping centre close by.

Comfort Hotel Stay in November
Comfort Hotel Egerkingen is a typical “Motel”, with basic accommodation in buildings of rooms on two levels. There is excellent parking outside the room,The rooms are very basic, with TV. But all have excellent bathrooms. We have stayed here twice and would do so again in an instant. There is a restaurant on site for evening meals and breakfasts, so you can ‘eat in’, if you don’t want to find other options. The hotel is very close the the motorway, so great for an overnight stay on your way. If the price is 30% lower than other hotels in the area then we’ll worth the money. We have stayed at other hotels close by, but they are more expensive and on most occasions we just need a good bed for the night. Hope this helps your decision making.

BATHROOM REMODELLING NEEDED
The Hotel overall was good, the bedroom simple and clean, however the bathroom was just absolutely out of date. They have not made any improvements in decades... thus however, my room, was the only room I have seen. The prices are at the higher end for what it is.

great experience during a business stopover
very friendly and also patient staff (entertained a group of 13 foreign business travelers). Nicely located in a park like environment, quiet yet lively.

The rooms are big and spacious but the carpets and some furnishing looks very outdated and worn out. This was particularly true for carpets and hair dryer which actually had a melted head. The TV had no internet connectivity so my kids were very disappointed as they couldn't see their usual netflix, youtube etc. There was no channel available in English which caused further disappointment.

Half-Way Stop from Italy to UK.
Journey from Italy to the UK. This was an ideal half way stay. Accommodation perfect. Food excellent but expensive, but your are in Switzerland.

Nettes Hotel für eine Nacht bei der Durchreise. Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend - das Bad und die Dusche geräumig - gutes Bett - und es war ruhig trotz naheliegender Autobahn. Das Frühstück für den günstigen Preis eine Wucht ! ab 0630 , und alles vorhanden - angenehme Atmosphäre.

Great place for a stay during our car trip from Italy to the Netherlands. Very friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. Quick to solve some issues we encountered (allergies for bedding), large rooms for a family of 5, nice playground for the kids and close to the highway to continue our trip. Would definitely stay again on a future trip

Das personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Familienzimmer im Anbau war das geld nicht wert / es war sauber ind das bad klrin aber schön. Insgesamt war das zimmer jedoch zu klein für 4 Betten und es war renovierungsbedürftig. Azf das Frühstück (4Personen = 80€) haben wir verzichtet.
