"This is a small hotel of the beaten track but on the hot air balloon route. The food choice is limited but tasty. The host was very accommodating and organised a trip after we left the hotel."

"I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."

"The location is very noisy due to constant traffic and car noise, making it difficult to relax or sleep. The property does not feel well-prepared to operate as a hotel and lacks some of the comfort and facilities expected. However, the staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help, which was the best part of the stay."
