"You cannot get any closer to the parks than this hotel. The level of cleanliness and professionalism surpassed all expectations. It was my daughter's 14th birthday and we had a lovely note left in our room for her. Highly recommend booking Park view, you get views of all the rollercoasters lit up at night and also Hogwarts castle, Jurassic park and Super Mario. Will definitely stay again on our next trip."

"Spotless rooms, kind and helpful staff, great lounge, ample toiletries items provided in lobby, very convenient location for those new to Osaka, Kitahama station is right outside the front door providing easy access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsekai, and Nipponbashi. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."

The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed a last-minute cab ride to the airport — they arranged it quickly and made the process stress-free.
