"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"

"冷蔵庫の仕切りが無いからビール3P買って行ったけど、全然入らなくて困った。後は浴室暖房から出る時の段差が怖かった。それ以外は満足でした。"

"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "

"Just a set of futon and a small table. No TV, hardly any amenities, but an excellent onsen and quiet evening. A perfect place for those who want digital detox. "
