"Everyone was fast and efficient. Great location and comfortable bed. First time in Mexico City. Central location. I came down with sickness the last day and they helped me get Uber eats delivered to my room and were nothing but kind."

"The location is great, everything is accessible and the staff are courteous. The receptionist took a very long time to get us register. The rooms need some remodeling to go with the building. I wish there was more space in the lobby to hang out and enjoy a coffee. In the mornings was very crowded and difficult to walk out. The breakfast buffet was a bit expensive but it was good."

There’s lots of staff and a cool lobby bar. Real close to handshake speakeasy Con: Tv did not stream. No mini fridge. No screen on windows "
