"Had read some other lackluster reviews, but so glad we stayed at Hotel Victoria. We loved our double superior room with full windows and balcony. The grounds and pool area were well maintained, the room was spotless, the food in the restaurant was excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and attentive. "The room is a good size and hotel has a good location. Front desk was very helpful. There was a guy who was especially patient with us, but I don't know his name. Basically all of them were helpful. Breakfast was good, and I liked the fact they served almost until last minutes before they closed. Restaurant staff was nice and attentive. The only thing I will change - I thought there was a pool and a tub there. However, it was not a jacuzzi, but little tub with cool water and massage. There were pretty cold evenings. I would prefer it would be a hot tub. "
