We had an excellent stay at this resort. The staff was warm and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!

The pool, beach and rooms are great. Food was better than another resort we went to. Our butler Esterling went out of his way to make out stay better (he made the reservations we needed and set up a birthday surprise for my husband, as well as checking in on us to see if we needed anything else). He made our trip better.

Our stay was good. We wanted a balcony but they gave us a room without it so that threw us off bc we smoke and we had to leave the room to do so. Also, the hotel manager, Javier made very rude comments about the staff. Racial discrimination against Haitians. I’m Dominican and didn’t like it at all! ...
