The apartment has air conditioning (hot air for the winter) and also ceiling fans There are books, dvds and games for the use of guests. The outside furniture enables you to enjoy the views of sea, lake and mountains. The complex has a large swimming pool (open summer months - mid June to mid September, confirm dates before booking), children's pool, play area, gym, sauna and tennis court. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Ideally located although a car is recommended to maximise your enjoyment of the area.

El apartamento muy bien , limpieza correcta, con todo lo necesario , servicios como parking y piscina excelente . Terraza excelente.
Le pongo un 4 estrellas por dos razones la recepción de las llaves que te las dan en una oficina y allá te apañes, suerte que yo conocía la urbanización de estancias anteriores y todo me era conocido.
Y la otra pega , los vecinos de arriba que estaban todo el día arrastrando sillas muebles o lo que sea, en ocasiones hasta la una de la madrugada.
Si no fuera por eso 5 estrellas.

Excelente Apt de Lujo
Inmejorable Estancia . 5 estrellas. Amplia terraza con vistas a la Piscina . Colinda con el bello lago. Con un un bellísimo paseo al Mar rodeando el hermoso lago. Un lugar totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

C’est une sacrée aventure Lagomar !
Alors pour faire simple, la propriété est très belle et bien entretenue. Sur ce point là, rien de négatif à dire. Cependant le voisinage est souvent très bruyant, à des heures plutôt cocasses.
Ils vous réveilleront à l’aube avec de douce mélodie Andalouse.
La propriétaire est une personne très sélecte, et ne dévoile pas ses informations personnelles même en cas de problème. Vous vous adresserez seulement à l’agence immobilière qui bien sûr ne peut rien faire en cas de problème urgent.
La wifi était de qualité médiocre, il fallait la redémarrer toutes les heures pour qu’elle fonctionne correctement.
Et pour couronner le tout, le ménage est plus que douteux à certains endroits.
