"The property setting is absolutely gorgeous with lush tropical landscaping and an incredible view of Arenal Volcano. Our room was outstanding. Large and clean and comfortable with a huge two person jacuzzi and a private patio with table chairs and hammock. The staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. The breakfast included was a lavish and delicious buffet in a beautiful restaurant with a perfect view of the volcano. Loved it. "

"This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. "
