"Ok"

"We stayed for 7 nights. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and within walking distance to so many restaurants - I think the farthest we had to walk was 7 minutes to a restaurant. We stayed in a king bed room and the room was very spacious - there was a small fridge and iron with ironing board and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The bed was just ok, a little firm for my liking but I wouldn’t deduct any points for that. We had a great view out of the window of the city. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very pleasing to the eye. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from on the buffet. There was a nice pool area with a bar that served drinks. There was also a restaurant on site and a bar in the lobby area. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"I had the Pollo con coconut for dinner and it is absolutely one of the best dishes I've had. "

"I did not go to the casino it was just the last minute booking, the lobby was really nice to staff was great unfortunately the room was not very good. It was clean but very outdated, average at best."

"The host was awesome and available via messaging. The pool was great for dipping but not deep enough for swimming. The location was great for us with a car rental, 10-15 minutes from downtown. The condo faces the street and my compadres found it noisy (single pane glass) horns honking non stop and motorcycles trying to break the land speed record! The beds were comfortable and each room had its own air conditioning. The living room couch is well past its prime, had to sit on a pillow to avoid the hollow and the supports. The security staff were always friendly and helpful Overall a good experience. "

"The house and pool were quite clean. We had an amazing time during our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our trip. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Panama!"

"The views were amazing and the house was great size for our family of 12. Having multiple bedrooms all with an attached bathroom. There were many concerns however. The host response was delayed; sometimes up to 3 days. The water took some time to warm up and sometimes the water shut off completely. The water flow in the kitchen was terrible making it difficult to wash anything. Th amount of cooking utensils was limited. There was only one working knife. There was not enough flatware, dishes, glasses and mugs for all of us. The coffee filter was not the correct size for the maker. The floor throughout the house was filthy. We took off our shoes as soon as we come into the house so we didn’t track in the dirt. The pool was full of leaves but nothing at the house to clean it. The only places to sit outside by the pool were the cement benches. While the house had a variety of things to do, the amount of stairs was difficult for my 84 year old mother. It would have helped to have a bedroom on the lower level. Also, having only one door to enter and exit was a bit concerning if there any fire or emergency. Regardless of everything the house was big enough for my family and centrally located. "

"Exact address not listed or given for check in process. Tried to follow map pin from listing and got us to neighborhood but not the actual building. After an hour of struggle and a patient Uber, we use a security guards hotspot to connect to VRBO and call the host. Finally get the actual buildings name. Upon arrival, the building security has us check in then they need to call the owners to verify. Host didn’t communicate with building security about hosting so they had no knowledge.Gas on the stove never worked. Host delivered a air fryer as a substitute. Appreciate that they were communicating and trying to troubleshoot. Still didn’t work though… we made do.Listed as 3 bedrooms. There was a third but it was more of closet that didn’t have AC. Third friend just slept on the couch. It was comfy.Balcony drapes were an issue. The drawstring was jammed so couldn’t retract. After passing through it over the week the middle piece started coming off the rail. Didn’t communicate it to host, my fault, cause thought it was a known issue. Literally attached with staples.Host was mad on checkout about drapes, sure understandable. Clearly an easy fix with a stapler though. Also mad that AC was left on and apartment “dirty”.There were no checkout instruction/requests and we literally swept, mopped, did dishes, and laundered towels. Tried charging 3x listing price for cleaning, AC, and stapling drape. Lol"
