"Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need...

"Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Glendale. We were in town for a wedding, but stayed a few extra days. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and stores nearby. This unit is just as described in the listing. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of supplies left for us. We didn't have to run to the store for anything! "This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. They forgot we were coming, then when we got there, they said they were buzzing us in, but it wasn't working. "This was a great place to stay - view, space and location. We loved walking to the beach to watch surfing and volleyball as well as relax on the sand. We also walked the hills and boardwalk enjoying the architecture, gardens and ocean breezes on our way to nearby cafe’s. A short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend. "

"My stay was just ok. While the condo itself was cute/quaint and I loved the big bath tub, the use of a bike, and the proximity to the beach. There was far more that I didn’t love. The area was very noisy (constant people in the courtyard/street and use of a leaf blower in the courtyard for over an hour at 8 one morning). The grass out front wreaked of dog urine.
