"The room was the dirtiest and poorly kept hotel we have ever stayed in. I was shocked at the terrible level of upkeep this "HILTON" brand displayed. Dirty and damaged furniture. Dirt on the chair, a torn piece from the pleather desk chair, ripped drapes, dirty floors, phone that had waxy dirt on the cradle, dingy shower tiles. It was really unsettling considering we paid cloe to $300 for 2 nights!!! "

"The location is great, the room was clean, and the front desk staff were nice, but the amenities are average. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during my stay was a plumbing problem that left the toilet in my room out of order for about half of my stay. On top of that, the phones at the front desk were not working, so I wasn’t able to call for assistance or ask questions and had to walk there instead. The front desk also operates with limited hours, so if you need anything you have to plan ahead. For example, the hotel has a very old-school setup, and the rooms still use physical keys. When I checked out, the front desk was closed, so there was nowhere obvious to leave the key or anyone available to answer checkout questions. Overall, the location is the main highlight, but the maintenance issues and limited front desk availability made the stay less convenient than expected."

"Volume did not work on tv remote…no phone so I had to walk to the lobby 3 times to have them say that maintenance had to fix it the next day. Maintenance never showed up. There was an inch gap at the bottom of the door and a cockroach showed up on the table. They charged for parking which I was not expecting and first night when I went to put something in my car there were individuals in a truck just smoking away. In general the staff acted like I was an inconvenience to them!"

"Room was spacious, nice views, and friendly staff. They had a water station in the lobby so I could fill up my water bottle and use their ice machine 24/7. The only bad thing was their free breakfast. Only 3 cereal flavors, bread with jam, yogurt, and juices. So much for free breakfast. Other than that, would recommend."
