"Terrible guest service. Rooms were okay. Booked this hotel ONLY for airport shuttle. Called the day before to verify there would be no issues with the shuttle. Was informed on check in that the shuttle was booked for all slots. I also walked in an a sign was hung stating that there would be on WiFi. What a shabby place, would never have stayed if I had known."

"Everyone got sick from the chlorine smell from the pool they use too much chemicals Everything is overpriced and the parking is 20+ per day would NOT RECOMMEND and will NOT BE returning!"

"Poor room cleaning… toilet seat was broken and half ass fixed. Hair in the tub. They do not advertise that you need to also pay 15$ a night for parking which is BS! Customer service sucks. Never will go here again."

"Call Expedia in advance to make sure they had add free breakfast, free parking and working Jacuzzi. We bought, we were told they had all of that. So we booked the room and showed up there. And Jacuzzi is shut down until October. The breakfast is not free or included, and you must pay for parking. Wish we had known that ahead of time. We would have booked elsewhere.. Not a good experience, nor the vacation we wanted"
