"Airport shuttle was great on the way to the airport. On the way back from the airport it took forever to arrive and was hard to find and the van was very dirty. First room smelled like urine. They moved us to a new room. Over all vibe of the place is dirty. Front desk staff was very nice. But I would not stay again."

"No contential breakfast it is not a direct walk across to Mall of America like it looks on map but they had a free shuttle to mall and back "

"They have a great breakfast menu and bar service starting at 4 o’clock. At 5 o’clock they start serving dinner with lots of choices and all of them are good. I typically enjoy the brussels sprouts and the buffalo chicken wings. But I’ve had their bowls, salads, entrées, and soups, and they’re all good. I highly recommend this hotel. Close to the airport shuttle is running every half hour and they offer rides over to the mall of America. Great place."

"The room was clean but overall basic. The bunkbed room for the kids was a fun feature. We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t serviced once. We needed to ask for garbage bags (to empty our own garbage) and fresh towels. We understand the hotel was very busy (Easter weekend) but having our room attended to once would have been nice."

"The room looks clean at first glance, but if you pay attention to details you'll see. These are the flaws we encounter; there's pubic hairs hanging near the ceiling in the shower (room121), tub and sink drains so slow, towels have gross stains that you will feel hesitant to use (though they change it everyday all of them almost have stains), bathroom door jamb is peeling and rusty, stain on the bed sheet, no smoking rooms but you can smell smoke (weed) on the hallway. Crumbs, dust and hairs on the bed frames. Pros: walking distance to target, trader's joe, walgreens, fast food, 9-10mins. To mall of america. They have a big tv, microwave and fridge. Housekeeping everyday. This hotel seems to be the cheapest around so maybe that's why."

"While the room was clean the beds were terrible. Solid as concrete and the frames squeezed of metal and ended up moving. Bathrooms were in need of some updating. "
