Staying at the English Inn was a delight compared with other hotels on our trip to Virginia. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The pool was the best we've ever experienced. The breakfast was great!

The property was disappointing and overpriced. We paid $500 just for the stay, with no housekeeping included. The freezer was leaking, and the toilet had a strong, unpleasant odor similar to a public restroom.
