"Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there. "

"While the staff was pretty great and accommodating, we won't stay here again. Check in was a long wait with only one front desk person working when the hotel was booked full, once we did check in (well after the stated check in time) our room was not available which resulted in more waiting. Once we finally got to the room, it was not the room we booked which required another trip to the front desk for a room change and moving all of our luggage again. There also were no luggage carts available which made moving all the luggage a struggle. The room was mostly clean upon entering except for some of the provided dishes being dirty and the table was dusty. The road traffic was very noisy. Beds were hard and pillows were flimsy. No one slept great the entire stay. Lots of waking up to sirens blaring, loud cars, and music blasting. Breakfast was mediocre. We did enjoy the espresso maker though. We also were caught off guard by the hotel parking situation which was another expense on top of the hotel expenses."

"Nice hotel in a historic building. Excellent staff. Manager was working the breakfast buffet area and my mother in law said to him it was nice to see the suites helping out. He replied that there wasn’t a job there that he would ask any of his employees to do that he himself would not do. "

"My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Hotel is in a great location. The Arch is right around the corner and Busch Stadium was about 3 blocks away. Room was very spacious and the Brew House restaurant was a little pricey but very good."

"Check-in time is at 3 and we arrived at 4:10. We were told someone paid for a late check-out and checked out at 4. The woman at the desk told me check-in is at 4 and the room wouldn’t be ready for 30 min. So, she lied about check-in time. Basically, they decided to make more money and screw us over. We were offered a smaller room but not the one we paid for. We were on a schedule as this was a road trip. We came back at 630 and the room was ready. The room is fine for a couple but not a family. We have a 16 year daughter and 12 year old son. The toilet is behind a barn door providing very little privacy. The shower is out in the open. You can’t see through the bottom of the glass. Again, very little privacy. Let’s get to the parking. There’s a parking lot next door that the woman who lied about the check-in time advised it was $35 to park or $38 to valet. We noticed the sign at the parking lot says $12 a day. I asked prior to paying the hotel and she said we can pay either now we know the real price. We could pay the hotel or the lot. They are thieves and con artists. The hotel is clean. I would never stay again. They’re a bunch of thieves. Took my money and sold part of my room time to someone else. They attempted to take more money the didn’t deserve with the parking lot. Unless, you feel like making eye contact with your teen children while you shower I’d suggest picking another place to stay. "

"We never got to check in lol. At 1830 they still has no rooms clean. Large line waiting. We just canceled and left 😩 "
