The West End

"Room was clean, the kitchen and little treats left in the room were nice! Garage was safe parking, and I loved sitting on the patio in the shade reading my book. Everyone was so friendly! We went to 2 ballgames and were just 3 to 4 miles from busch stadium parking. I feel like there were several food options close and Walgreens across the street was nice to pick up items we forgot to bring! We will definitely stay here again. The only thing that was a pain was the neighbors next to room 204 were loud at midnight both nights but that is no fault of the hotel. I thought everyone might respect the 10-6 quiet time. I also liked that it didn't seem like a huge hotel and they had our names on the VIP sign at check in. That was so nice!"

"Hotel is a bit old and could use a refresher and deeper clean. Location was great, right next to soccer stadium, 30 min walk to the baseball stadium, and 20 min walk to city museum. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have snacks and drinks in the evening."

"Beautiful building. The building was very modern and clean. When you walked into the loft, it had a clean smell and everything looked great. Had all the small essentials for doing the dishes, coffee, dishwasher soap. That is very helpful when we were only staying a few days? Booked this to stay for my college daughters volleyball games in the area. Great central location. We used the gated parking as well, which was nice to know we always had a spot to park. Great check-in process with detailed information. Definitely will stay again when we are in the area."

"We followed all check-in instructions, and everything went smoothly, although the process is a bit tedious. You enter one code to access the building, another for the apartment, and, if using the secure parking, another for the lockbox. You then have to return to your car, move it to the secured lot, and unload.Our biggest concern was discovering the first evening that none of the five large windows would lock and that the black window shades were see-through at night with the lights on. The ensuite bedroom has two large windows facing the common courtyard, so privacy was a concern. We contacted management the next morning, and Brandon responded promptly. He came by while we were out and made adjustments so all the windows would securely lock, which made us feel much safer.Aside from the somewhat complicated check-in process, the initial window issue, and the lack of privacy from the shades, we really loved the apartment. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Brandon was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had.We would definitely stay here again, but strongly recommend adding blackout curtains or more opaque window coverings. That would provide much-needed privacy and make an otherwise great apartment even better."
