He went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly father by arranging a first-floor room close to the entrance and breakfast area, with a beautiful lake view. Juan was professional, welcoming and answered all my questions with patience and care. Because of his exceptional service, I’ll continue to stay here in the future. He truly deserves recognition for his dedication and hospitality."
