"Terrible and stressful experience. We drove more than 1,000 km from the UK with our children, but we received no proper check-in instructions and could not enter the property. Another couple had also booked the same whole property and had the same problem. The host kept delaying us and did not give clear or honest help. We were left outside tired and worried, and we had to contact the police and book another hotel in Hamburg at the last minute. This caused us extra cost, stress, and wasted...
