"Parking was easy and safe but there was no elevator, making getting luggage to the 2nd floor a bit of a challenge. I stayed for 2 nights and while my room was cleaned, they didn't make the bed. Parts of the walls in our hallway were open and marked off with caution tape. "

"Such a great place and close to literally everything - hence the name! Loved that they give you a glass water carafe to refill for your room - filtered water machine on every floor! Loved the rooms and beautiful ambiance hotel. "

There was also a fresh bag of trash from another room left on our table. Also, the beds were not made. Staff seemed untrained as we checked in."
