Excellent service .
"Just a few minor details that stopped it getting Excellent.
Milk in fridge was off but quickly replaced when told.
Had breakfast in room which was excellent, and on time but salt pot was empty.
The settee was quite badly stained.
The staff were all outstanding .if the minor points were attended to it would definitely be an excellent from me.
