"It was a pleasant hotel. Definitely caters to an older clientèle but that also meant a private swim in the pool. "

"We had to ask for towels on the third day. Beds were not made up daily, but that doesn’t bother us too much. Room was clean, had plenty of lamps, easy chair with foot stool, good TV and desk. No carpet smell. Came with fridge and microwave. Breakfast area was better than most such establishments. "

"This hotel is the perfect location? Walking distance to all the major attractions. Right next to the byward market. And Pablo (I believe was his name at the front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate me for an early check in. Pleasant stay. Will definitely stay there again. "

"Great location near byward market and walking distance to the Parliament buildings. Great balcony with umbrellas and the in suite kitchen was perfect. Breakfast was excellent as well. No problem recommending this hotel to anyone "

"The kitchenette we were in just had an older very noisy fridge that I had to unplug to get a decent sleep. Overall a nice place & great location to walk to all the sights, canal, dining, etc. "

"We stay at Les Suites every year for the Ottawa International Animation Festival and we love it there! The kitchen in the room is a great, plus and there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby (poutine and shawarma open late). Definitely recommend! "
