"This was a great place to stay at in Hanoi. Easy to walk to good food, sights, etc. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom in good condition with good water pressure. Staff went above and beyond with the service level as well. Definitely would come back here again."

"The hotel was in a good location, 2 blocks from Hoan Kiem Lake (lake in the heart of old town). The rooms were ok, a little dated, and breakfast buffet was average.
Staff was great, and very helpful."

"We had a marvellous time at this hotel!
It was stunning, clean, and served excellent food and drinks. The service was perfect, we felt like celebrities!
The staff were very attentive, and we would like to particularly thank Trang who ensured we had everything we required to make our stay special and complete.
The spa was of a high standard, the treatments were very good and the staff really went out of their way to make sure we were relaxed.
The location is perfect for exploring the area."

"The staff here are extremely welcoming. On my arrival I was given a refreshing drink whilst waiting to check in which was great after many hours of travel. I was also given a map by one of the reception staff who also marked out places of interest. He also showed me where I could by a local sim card. My room was nice and clean with all the usual amenities.
I also had breakfast included. There was a good range of hot and cold food including freshly made eggs and pho cooked on request.
Hotel is in a great location in the old quarter, walking distance to popular attractions such as the puppet show, lake and train street.
So far I have enjoyed my stay and will happily return.

"The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many things, our room was beautiful large and spacious. The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went up to Halong Bay for our overnight cruise so we didn’t have to take everything with us.
