"Booked here for my mum's birthday and they did not disappoint. I reached out to the front office manager Cihan and he offered to help plan a small surprise for her. On arrival, we were met by the receptionist Mahmud who was an absolute gem. There was nothing that we asked that was too much trouble for him. "This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Istanbul, all the main tourist areas are no more than a 30min walk. The staff at the hotel were lovely and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. Reception staff were also very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One comment I would make is the reception area is lovely but is totally underutilised, there was a bar in the corner but it was never open. Therefore that area was a little soul less."
