"This property is in need of several updates. The staff seems inadequate. They seem under trained and incompetent. The hotel needs updating and mostly we found that most of the things in the hotel either weren't working or written adequate and not cleaned well. The staff were unaccommodating and did cost us time and money "

This hotel was in a great location too and you couldn't hear any noise from outside which was fab!"

"Room was clean, request for higher floor granted, staff was nice everywhere in the hotel, my only suggestion is to have the people at Front Desk explain to guests parking in the Complementary charging spot for electric vehicles to NOT stay overnight, so they can have other clients benefit from this perk. It was one of the reason I picked this hotel, unfortunately a Tesla was parked for close to 12 hours in that particular spot."
