"The hotel was located perfectly us, the room was clean if a tad dated, especially the bathroom for the price. However beware of the bar!!! We were charged for drinks we had not had and the same to a couple the next night!!!"

"The club lounge was a free for all. Understaffed and no one to meet at the door. The service seem better in the main dining hall. Base of the glass shower door was dirt and I noted the wiring for the heated towel rail was too close to the tub. Water could easily splash on the exposed wires. Is this wiring to code? Room 1218."

"Incredibly beautiful hotel. Every staff we encountered was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect for getting around London. Many places are walkable but at the end of a long day it was nice to be able to hop on a direct bus or the tube."

"Proche du métro, très joli quartier, beaucoup de restaurants et épiceries aux alentours, bien isolé donc silencieux malgré que nos fenêtres étaient sur le bord de l’autoroute. Très propre, lits confortables. Je n’ai pas aimé trop les oreillers, mais ça c’est une question très subjective."
