Welcome to your sunny getaway! This quaint, dog friendly, coastal home is perfect to gather & entertain friends & family. The house features 2 queen beds, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a refreshing shower in the bathroom. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and take advantage of amenities like heating, AC, a washing machine, dyer and WiFi. Grill out & enjoy the large, fenced in backyard. Located 2 short miles to Englewood beach & the gorgeous island of Boca Grande is only a 15 min drive. Bring your boat & launch at the numerous boat ramps as close as 1 mile away, with space for your boat trailer on premises. The home is equipped with 4 beach chairs, corn hole, fire pit, game room and more! It’s a fantastic location to downtown & a walk to the local YMCA. Very clean with many amenities. Loved the fenced in backyard for the dogs. Owner was very assessable. Quiet neighborhood but town nearby. We enjoyed biking the area. Relaxing time.

The property was excellent for the fur babies with the fenced in out back play space. It was clean and provided absolutely everything you needed for an excellent stay. The owner was very responsive to messages. The outdoor space was our favorite for sure!
