"This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place."
"The stay was good and very close to teh subway, a reason for selecting. room was good, just don't like the bathroom setup, and oddly no fan in there."

"My stay has been amazing so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice man at the counter. He spoke fantastic English which made the check in process very smooth. He also helped me add on two extra nights to my stay.
The room is top notch. So clean and up to date. Beautiful.
I enjoyed my two complimentary cocktails at the bar. The bartender was so nice and spoke great English as well.

"The hotel has a very convenient location—right outside is the high-speed railway station, and it’s also connected to Metro Line 1. It’s close to several famous attractions in Shanghai. The hotel service is excellent. I left something behind after checking out, and the front desk helped send it to me. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Shanghai."

"Check in and out process was fast. Hotel location is very good as it is in between the places we wanted to visit and very convenient to take taxi as well as close proximity to metro and malls. There are two problems though. 1. The hotel doesn’t offer airport shuttle as listed, even with a fee. 2. No-smoking policy is not strictly enforced. When we guest checked in, the room has an obvious smell of smoke. The staff changed our room upon request. In the next morning, the smell of smoke entered the second room too a while."
