"Hotel is very nice. Staff friendly and rooms spotless. Upgraded on arrival to junior suite with great balcony. Only downside was the pools were being refurbished so unable to use which wasn’t advertised when booking. "

"What a lovely hotel, from the second you're entering it's a really beautiful spot. The staff the greeted us were super friendly and could not do enough to ensure we were happy and looked after, it never felt like anything was too much. Breakfast was delicious, the room was really lovely and was all we could have asked for. They even allowed us to lock up our bags for the day after we checked out so we could spend the day exploring before collecting our bags and heading to the airport. I can't wait to come back and stay here again."

The staff were so helpful, the bar was great with some half price cocktails during happy hour and despite reading a review of the room being small, we didn’t find this a problem. The room was very warm, had a full length mirror which we haven’t found often in hotels and a comfortable bed ! The hotel is in a great location too. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. "
