"The hotel was undergoing renovations- they put us on a room with plastic all over the hallway carpets.workers began around 7.30am it was impossible to sleep. The room was very small - no kettle, no fridge, water provided on first day only. Breakfast buffet food was below average - over cooked and cold. While location was excellent - I did not enjoy this hotel at all."

"It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered."

"This is an amazing hotel right in the middle of everything the bus stops right in front the tram stops right in front the park is right there downtown is not far away great place to stay"

"Room was clean and quiet despite being off a busy street. Hotel location was perfect to be close to things in Erfurt. "

"A good place to call home for a few days in Erfurt. Close to the main train station and public transit. I’d recommend it to anyone. "

"It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card.There was no queue either,just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk."
