It took over 40 min to process and receive my room card.There was no queue either,just indiffrence to the customer needs.I got finally to my room at quarter to 1 in the morning. The only good thing was close proximity to the train station. Literally 5min fast walk.

It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something ...
