"This hotel is beautiful and located on a lively square. Breakfast options are good, and you can walk to everything. The waterfront is nearby and there are lots of restaurants and shopping on the square. The only issue is parking and dropping off/picking up luggage. I recommend not renting a car in Palma and making other transportation arrangements. "

"Such a gem of a find! Five-star service and a five-star breakfast. VIP experience from the moment we arrived. A perfect little roof top terrace with views of the Cathedral. We opted to pay a little extra for a private transfer, and it just added to the experience. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The bed was super comfortable, and immaculate. The shower awesome, clean towels every day and a refill on the coffee pods and water. We can't wait to return to a super location in the heart of the city. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel."

"You couldn't ask for a better location, perfectly positioned in easy walking distance between a popular upscale shopping district, central plaza, and a more popular modestly priced district, as well as other attractions. We only needed a cab for the airport. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. My only comment is about our room's temperature control, which wouldn't allow you to sustain a lower sleeping setting before going back up to normal room temperature. I mentioned it to staff and their comment was that it was affected by ocean humidity."

"The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is a highlight—though it fills up quickly due to how busy the property gets. The location is in a very high-traffic part of Palma, which means it can be quite loud, especially at night. We were also woken up early by a garbage truck operating around 3:00 a.m. directly outside our window. On arrival, there was significant construction in the area, which made access to the parking frustrating and disorganized. Additionally, our interaction with the front desk was disappointing—when asking a simple question, the staff member was dismissive and came across as quite rude. If you’re looking to stay in a lively, crowded area of Palma, this hotel may suit you. However, based on our experience, we would choose to stay elsewhere on the island next time, where there are quieter and more enjoyable options."

"Lovely rooms & bathrooms, bed linen & towels. Great breakfast selection. One negative for me, the English breakfast tea bags at breakfast buffet were poor quality; i used 3 tea bags to try to get a little strength in my tea."
