"You couldn't ask for a better location, perfectly positioned in easy walking distance between a popular upscale shopping district, central plaza, and a more popular modestly priced district, as well as other attractions. We only needed a cab for the airport. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. My only comment is about our room's temperature control, which wouldn't allow you to sustain a lower sleeping setting before going back up to normal room temperature. I mentioned it to staff and their comment was that it was affected by ocean humidity."

Our second visit to this hotel and it has been well maintained since our 1st visit a few years ago - rooms are clean / comfortable / well equipped / well maintained. Hotel public areas are clean, welcoming and always fully staffed. All staff are very attentive to your needs, and they are all polite and friendly. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly, and coffee & water is replaced daily. An outdoor terrace for drinks makes this city centre hotel extra special Will definitely be back"

"The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is a highlight—though it fills up quickly due to how busy the property gets. The location is in a very high-traffic part of Palma, which means it can be quite loud, especially at night. We were also woken up early by a garbage truck operating around 3:00 a.m. directly outside our window. On arrival, there was significant construction in the area, which made access to the parking frustrating and disorganized. Additionally, our interaction with the front desk was disappointing—when asking a simple question, the staff member was dismissive and came across as quite rude. If you’re looking to stay in a lively, crowded area of Palma, this hotel may suit you. However, based on our experience, we would choose to stay elsewhere on the island next time, where there are quieter and more enjoyable options."

"Lovely rooms & bathrooms, bed linen & towels. Great breakfast selection. One negative for me, the English breakfast tea bags at breakfast buffet were poor quality; i used 3 tea bags to try to get a little strength in my tea."
