"The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming! When a nearby fire stopped all train services and left us feeling extremely anxious, they were incredibly helpful—kept us updated with the latest information and gave us a safe place to wait. "Should be a 2 star hotel not 3. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"
