"The personel is very friendly, especially in the restaurant. Their food also real good. The building is beautifull. The frontside, with a view is only for appartements i was told. I did not sleep well cause of an itchy bed, and a very, very noisey morning. This made it a bad excperience, feeling really tired before hiking the montblanc haha"

"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "Booked an evening meal with the hotel on line, but discovered that it was not open that evening. Recommended local restaurant within 8 mins walk was excellent. Breakfast mean - no fresh rolls and little choice. Guess we were out of season! Word of warning: depending on your direction of travel to this hotel, Mont Blanc Tunnel is completely closed from 2 September-16 December 2024. Ultra convenient for Mont Blanc ski lift. "
