"Marisol, hotel manager and Lucas, rising hotel star went above and beyond to accommodate our every need (which were plenty!) My husband and I stayed there over a week and traveled to various locations from this hotel. Honestly, we could’ve just stayed here. They were so fabulous and were very patient as we did not speak Spanish. Food was excellent. Drinks were excellent - a beautiful, beautiful hotel with exceptional guest services and extremely friendly staff. Highly highly recommend staying here!"

"Very friendly staff, beautiful bar and fantastic breakfast buffet. We stayed in the standard room and it was very comfortable, large and clean. Only small gripe is that you have to chromecast to the TV which can be a hassle and it would be nice to watch local stations sometimes!"

"NH is a well-known hotel chain, and we've stayed with them in other cities. This was our first time in Montevideo. The location is excellent. It faces the riverfront with a great view, and being in the historic district, it's within walking distance of the main attractions of the Old City. The hotel is in good condition, with very good beds, comfortable, and very clean."

"Probably the best bed I have ever slept in, sooooo comfortable. It’s like you’ve been wrapped up by a big fluffy cloud that whispers calmly in your ear. "It was an amazing place with amazing staff and amazing location. The breakfast was also amazing. The corner suite was totally worth it. We borrowed the electric bikes and had a great time on the Rambla. We loved the citrus water in the lobby and the hot tub was very nice when we got a reservation. Two things to know though, our bed was pretty firm. We ended up putting our comforter under us while we slept and that was ok. The swim pro hot tub didn’t quite work all the way either, but those were very minor complaints for a stay well worth the slight up charge. "
