This hotel is connected to a shopping mall and directly adjacent to the main train station. The night time environment around the city center is not the best but is ok. It is convienent with the shopping mall and connected underground parking. The room itself was comfortable and clean, the bathrooms could use some updating but all in all a convenient place to stay while on a business trip.

It is very difficult to find the hotel, because of its physical location. Extra effort must be made so the guests understand the parking and access to hotel. Different buildings each on different floors. Otherwise its got access to lots of shopping that was well received

Good enough hotel

Good enough hotel, not excellent in anything. Friendly and serviceminded staff in front desk, not so in the breakfast room. Very lean breakfast buffet, note even youghurt one day on my four day stay. Have stayed here about 15 nights the last 5-6 years at 4-5 occasions. The hotel is on a slippery slope downwards. Accepteble value per Euro-hotel.

Clean, comfortable, good location, but call ahead

Review the details before arrival, and consider calling ahead. The front desk may not be manned after hours and you have to call to get checked in - all was good once I figured out how to call them from a US cell phone. If you're driving and arriving late, the parking garage may have limited access - again, call ahead to verify things. Everyone was super helpful, and everything worked out great. But it wasn't the smoothest experience for me. Happy with the room and breakfast. Right next to the train station. Not noisy.

Incheckningen blev den för mig, efter 23, men gick problemfritt efter att jag ringt och fått instruktioner. Utbudet på frukosten var ganska litet, och det fylldes inte på särskilt ofta. Järnvägsstationen är alldeles intill, vilket är jättebra! MEN en sak som är viktig info för många boende är att dörren från järnvägsstationen låses vid midnatt, och att det är väldigt (väldigt!) omständigt att ta sig från järnvägsstationen till hotellet på annat sätt. Inga skyltar, ingen info på hemsidan eller något sånt. Plus att qr-koden på hotellrummet inte ledde till en fungerande webbplats.

Rezeption ist nur bis 23 Uhr besetzt, danach Check-In über Schlüsselsafe. Das funktioniert, ist aber ungünstig, wenn man über die Tiefgarage kommt. Die führt nach Innen und die Tür ist zu, man muss da durch ein dunkles Einkaufszentrum laufen. Abgesehen davon, sehr guter Preis für die Tiefgarage. Im Prinzip bewegt sich alles auf einer Etage, ich war noch nie so nahe am Frühstücksbuffet wie hier.

Gutes Business Hotel mitten in Mülheim

Hotel befindet sich im Einkaufszentrum, was aber kein Problem ist, dafür gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Parkhaus.

70er Jahre Syke. Alles eher Durchschnitt. Sauna mit 108 grad unbrauchbar. Nach Anmerkung an der Rezeption hieß es das muss so. Frühstück mittelmäßig. Über meinem Zimmer war ein gym und die Gewichte Knallten ständig auf den Boden.

OK - réceptionniste bravo - lits pas bravo

Lit double commandé : 2 lits simples dans la chambre avec de mini-couettes... Petit déjeuner : tout était froid (oeufs, saucisses). Le choix du petit-déjeuner était correct. Les conseils pour les resto le soir étaient parfait grâce au réceptionniste.
