Vanha ja tunkkainen

Palvelua ei ollut. Englantia ei puhuttu. Aamupalaa ei ollut, eikä sitä myöskään ilmoitettu etukäteen. Olisin vaihtanut toisen hotelliin, jos olisin tiennyt. Huone oli kärsinyt. Kaikki valot eivät toimineet. Sängystä tuntuivat jouset läpi. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet olivat puhtaita. Liikenteen melu kuului kovin huoneeseen. Käytävissä haisi tupakka.

Hatte bereits eine Bewertung abgegeben. Ich wurde vor Ort in ein anderes Hotel von dem Inhaber umgeleitet und musste den gleichen Betrag bezahlen. Hatte mit Frühstück gebucht, aber kein Frühstück erhalten und dennoch den Preis mit Frühstück zahlen müssen.

It's an old-style, inner-city hotel and a good place to lay your hat at the end of a day. This was good value for a very inexpensive night of rest. If you want Sheraton-levels of building maintenance, renovations, cleanliness and customer service, it's just down the street ... just be prepared to pay Sheraton-level prices and get very little character.

Das WLAN hat nicht ausgereicht, das Zimmer hatte Spinnennetze in bestimmten Ecken, sehr hellhörig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Simply furnished room with good heating and calm surroundings. Staff was helpful, stay included modest buffet breakfast. Location is very good.

현지에 도착했더니 다른 호텔로 보내졌어요

전 분명히 부룬넨 호텔로 예약했는데 알마스트라세에 있는 호텔로 보내졌어요. 결과적으로 교통이 편한 곳으로 가게 되어 장점이 있었지만 그래도 현지에 도착해서 다른 호텔로 걸어서 15분 정도 걸리는 곳으로 보내지는 것이 매우 기분이 나빴어요. 조식은 평이한 편이고, 객실은 최악입니다. 박람회 기간이라 꽤 비싸게 들어갔는데 가격 생각하면 정말 돈이 많이 아까워요

Für den Preis ist in Ordnung, 15min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Keine Presidentensuite, aber insgesamt OK, für das Geld absolut in Ordnung. In Essen das Billigste im Einzelzimmer, denk ich mal.
