It is a two floor house with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room for 10, TV room, south facing balcony, private parking and private rear garden with a barbecue and unique sea views. Provided with air-conditioning and central heating. The property is one of the seven large uniquely situated front line houses on a small condominium. It is one of the most exclusive in the area in terms of features and location. It has 26000sq metres of landscaped gardens, 3 swimming pools (1 exclusive for children), tennis court, small football goals and 24hours on site security. In less than 15 minutes drive away you will find golf, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports center, a zoo, cinemas, shopping areas, supermarkets and restaurants.

A place to feed your soul
The villa was gorgeous, rooms huge, lots of amenities such as the washing machine & washing powder, washing up liquid etc. The constant sound of the waves was just what you needed to relax & unwind. The views sat in the garden & from the large terraces were so sublime and access to the beach was just a couple of steps away. The mature gardens meant you had lots of privacy and the location of the villa just outside Estepona meant lots of restaurants weren't far away. You would need a car or bikes to get to them. The swimming pool was not busy & there were tennis courts which would have been nice to use but, we didn't have any rackets. This villa has lots of communal areas perfect for families & a garden BBQ. We would heartly recommended this villa.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend
We had a lovely stay here in late May/early June. The property is perfectly located right on the beach, with three beautiful pools. We practically had the entire complex to ourselves for most of the week. Recommend having a car to get around. Local restaurant on the beach is great and is a 2 minute walk along the beach. Would definately stay here again.

Relaxing and Spacious
A spacious and relaxing space with a great view. We enjoyed being able to cook and spend time together as a family. Carlos had wonderful accommodations for our 2 year old as well, such as a pack n play and high chair. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfort and sea view
The house is very comfortable, actually bigger than I was thinking. The view of sea is stunning, waking up the morning with this view is priceless. The beach, is just a few steps from the terrace. The property has a beautiful garden, with a great pool and a tennis court. A car is needed. Carlos let us kindly stay later than the usual check out time on the day of our departure. I would not hesitate to pick Carlos’ house again if I am back to this area.

Perfect beach house
The house is lovely with every facility one could want. Location to beach wonderful. Downside have to drive for restaurants. Only one within walking distance which wasn’t great.

Beautiful spot.

Estepona gem
Lovely property exactly as described and in good condition. The hosts couldn't have made us feel more comfortable and welcomed. Had fantastic bike rides along the beach and in the hills, the pool and tennis court were great and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in Estepona and Marbella. The beach is a bit pebbly but you can easily find spots far from any crowd. Would definitely return.

If you are looking for a quite getaway on the beach, this is a great spot. Not much around so a car is necessary for groceries (10 minutes) etc.

Outstanding property in perfect location
Carlos' property is one of the best we have stayed in. The location is perfect, set amid beautiful gardens sloping down directly to an unspoiled beach. The swimming pool and tennis court kept our two boys aged 11 and 14 occupied. The sunrise in the morning was beautiful and we had all our meals outside on the patio. Carlos and his wife were very helpful and were easy to contact. The house is of a very high standard, with lovely furnishings and all the amenities you would want. There is plenty to visit in the local area and the house is conveniently located near the main road. The house is on a gated estate with private access and private parking. We felt very safe and secure. I thoroughly recommend this outstanding property. We stayed in the October UK half term and the weather was lovely and sunny everyday, warm enough to swim in the pool and the sea. Thank you to Carlos and his wife for being the perfect hosts.
