Estamos muy sorprendidos con esa calificación, pues en 6 años consecutivos solo hemos recibido calificaciones de 5 estrellas y siendo Premium en varios años. Desconocemos los motivos que ha llevado a este comentario pues como es normal si hubiera habido alguna deficiencia...se hubiera puesto en conocimiento nuestro y se hubiera subsanado de inmediato. Todas las entregas se realizan con los mismos protocolos y precisamente los ojos de nuestros huéspedes son los nuestros para que podamos ser advertidos de cualquier anomalía en cualquier sentido, precisamente estamos para satisfacer a nuestros huéspedes y no todo lo contrario, si el huésped no comunica cualquier deficiencia es muy difícil de poder solucionar lo que esta incorrecto, me parece cuanto menos curioso no haber advertido durante una semana absolutamente nada y comentar de forma tan ambigua, tan mal no debería estar cuando uno otorga durante toda la estancia y si hubiera sido asi ...debería haber sido comunicado, eso es lo normal. Seguiremos trabajando del mismo modo que hemos hecho durante casi 7 años y es una pena no poder saber donde hemos fallado para ser mejores

As for pets, we allow it exceptionally, but as is normal ... it is not allowed in the common areas, in absolutely no urbanization of the entire Costa del Sol pets are allowed in the garden and swimming pool areas.
