"This place is a gem, classic, old world but so comfortable and refined, amazing staff and service, kindness everywhere, fresh linens and evening turn down, chocolate and pastries, water refreshed daily, no xtra fees for coffee delivered in room. Fabulous bar and lounge, knowledgeable and attentive bar server. There’s nothing transactional about this place. It is all about making guests comfortable. America seems to have forgotten this. Or it all comes at a $$ cost. Not here. Everything is included. What a wonderful place.Can’t wait to come back! "

The cherry on the cake was the bartender who made us the most delicious cocktails! Besides it being a great hotel, the location was also fantastic.
