Hotusa hotels in Estremadura, Portugal

Congratulations to the newly renovated Hotel Estrela. It is beautiful! However, it is your great welcoming front desk staff that makes your hotel *****. Thank you again🌹

Staff could not have been nicer, very helpful. Entire hotel spotless. We were given a large room with couch and table. Very impressed considering the price we paid. Very convenient to everything and felt very safe. Great breakfast selection and if there was something else you would prefer the staff did their best to provide it. Overall excellent stay

great location of the hotel with a lot of restaurants nearby, and great service from all the staff especially David who gave us a special welcome service. excellent breakfast with all that we needed. parking was great located with the service of David . the room was big and compatible. we recommend that hotel

Relatively last minute booking. Had a lovely stay. The location is excellent and hotel very nicely decorated. However it’s the staff that made the stay special, from the first phone call to checkout.

The best option in Lisbon!!! A splendid and pleasant warm and unique hotel. Perfect location and a very friendly and helpful staff.

I just love the vibe! Rooms are spacious, great location, love it!

Beautiful hotel that couldn't be in a better location. The rooms are spacious with lovely furnishings and decor. The service was very professional and excellent throughout our stay. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the bar and lounge room are very inviting. We felt it was excellent value for money and will definitely stay at the Avenida Palace again, when we return to Lisbon.

We had the best Balcony view of any Hotel stay in Portugal .The Hotel is perfectly positioned by the River in the Town. Hotel Staff are excellent with impeccable Customer Service. All public areas are clean & furnished wonderfully. Breakfast is excellent . The Bathroom was in need of refurbishment, it was very tired !! This is our 2nd stay & We would definitely stay again.

Special mention of Ugo/ Hugo at receptiin
