"This is a great place to stay in NYC for people who don’t plan to be in the room much. Great location. One block from Times Square. Less than five minute walk to Rockefeller. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but typical for NYC midtown hotels. "

"This was a beautiful hotel and the perfect spot for our NYC trip! We went to the 100th sold out show of the Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden and dinner, no more than 15 min in a taxi! And, 2 Broadway shows, also walkable! The bellman was always kind and hailed us a taxi and the rooms were gorgeous with a heated toilet seat as the bonus! We will be back!"

"As a lifelong fan of The City that Doesn’t Sleep, the Jewel is my favorite place to stay. Location, location, location. I love Rockefeller Center and being in the heart of Manhattan. We are Broadway fanatics and being able to walk to and from the shows make for delightful evenings. The rooms are “European-size” (small), but I love the setup. It’s a cozy kind of space, reminds me of London. The bed is super comfortable, bathroom well equipped. The Jewel lives up to its name. "

"My sons and I had an excellent stay at the Baccarat. Staff was attentive and welcoming, room was excellent with great views, food in the Salon was good. Overall hotel was very clean and well maintained. Loved the Baccarat crystal glasses and chandeliers. The doormen were also extremely helpful and friendly. "
