"About a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Large hotel. Bellhop/taxi stand employees were welcoming and helpful. Had some issues getting a comfortable temperature from room thermostat. Overall would stay again but would also look into other options. "

"I spent a long time researching a suitable central hotel for a stopover in Milan and get a bit obsessive with bad reviews! This hotel was in a great location a short walk from duomo milano piazza. The room was spacious, modern and clean, check in and out simple and quick with attentive staff. Breakfast had all the choices and was very nice, a pleasant stay and we would return. "

"I think for easier booking add the spa location into the hotel description instead of leaving customers confused about the spa/hotel… had many issues with booking taxis as they would go to the spa instead of the hotel branch. Other than that really relaxing stay, amazing staff helped me get a taxi and helped to direct us to the spa. "

"The breakfast menu was good with lots of choice. The waiting staff could have been friendlier, most seemed unwilling to make eye contact if you needed anything. We had two rooms, one was fine but the other had a damp smell. They were very clean rooms, but the condition were a bit tired."

"Location was adequate. Easy enough to get to the centre. Use of trams was useful. Staff were very good actually and informative. Bar is useless and never manned. Breakfast was good. Not sure why it has 4 stars but it did the job. "

"The location of this hotel is fantastic if you’re staying in Milan. You’re within walking distance of all the main attractions in the core, including just a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I speak and understand Italian, but it’s worth noting that the staff also speak English quite well. Makes the experience even more comfortable for international travellers. The included breakfast was excellent. A great way to start the day. I also appreciated that they didn’t rush guests. One morning I arrived a bit later and there was no pressure at all, which was greatly appreciated. While the rooms are slightly dated, they are still very comfortable and most importantly clean. I had no complaints whatsoever. Overall, I would absolutely consider staying here again on a future trip to Milan and would recommend it to others visiting the city."
