Plugs were not in a convenient place which meant the lamps on the bedside tables weren't actually plugged into anything and we had to charge our phones across the room. In terms of price it was very reasonable and the facilities were kept very clean.

Fantastic hotel with a lovely pub downstairs and brilliant staff who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Newcastle! We will be back :)
