"I loved this hotel — it was clean and smelled amazing.
There was a shuttle that took you to the Haram every half hour, stopping at the Jarwal bus stop. (Since there are many bus stops around the Haram, it’s important to remember the name of yours.)
Be sure to try Aryana Restaurant nearby — it has the best charcoal chicken I’ve ever tasted.
Also, some reviewers mentioned there was no hot water. In fact, there is a switch in the washroom that turns on the water heater. Just turn it on for a few...

"I like how the staff clean the room everyday. They should check the cooler fridge seems its not working and some of the food we put were wasted . Overall our stay is good Alhamdulillah . 10-15 mins walk to haram . Much easier if you go through anjum hotel in their underground escalator straight away to haram. "

"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. "

"New property I understand. - water taps had to be run to flush out brown water that had been stagnant in the pipes. Should’ve been done before we checked in. The washing machine ruined ihram garments. Wi-Fi not available in all rooms even with a booster. Property manager dealt with initial concern however did not fix full coverage. Basic amenities should’ve been available without having to ask. Was fixed quickly when asked. Apartment is very nice but if travelling for pilgrimage worth noting the location is quite far from the grand mosque. If not driving Overall a good stay but a few things to support to improve the visit and give customers from outside saudi the right information to make the right choice. "
