"The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious and I loved that there was so many varieties to choose from.Also the haram wasn’t far at all, the hotel has bus that rounds every 20min but we did not use it since the taxi to mosque was cheap."

"The breakfast was fresh and very good. Staff was amazing specially the manager in the dining area. Very hospital and pleasant. Rooms were clean the only thing was house keeping didn’t come to clean our room. I didn’t request it either as I was there for 2 nights but anything I asked for it was provided right away. Overall it was a great experience will definitely recommend this hotel! "

"The hotel used to have a tunnel access to haram which is why we booked but that access is now closed. The hotel only issues one room key (also needed to keep lights on) despite the room being booked for 4 adults. If one of us stayed in the room they'd have to sit in the dark. We asked several times for more keys but they said no. Service was TERRIBLE!!!! we stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaning was never done because they said they will only clean when we check out. "
