Hotel and staff all excellent. Definitely 5* from the moment we checked in until we checked out the staff could not do enough for you. After a long day visiting attractions in the searing Seville heat always asked if we needed water which was a lovely gesture. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Seville close to the Cathedral and the Real Alcazar. The shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep. If visiting make sure you visit the area if Triana it is amazing for Tapas. It is just across the river which you can get to over the bridge. The atmosphere at night is amazing especially at weekends. We will visit Seville again in the future and the Mercer Plaza will be the only place we will stay. I nearly forgot the views from the upstairs terrace are breathtaking.
