The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. I had a minor shower issue on my final day, thankfully it did not impact my stay. This hotel is perfectly located and I would very much recommend this hotel to others.

Definitely a place to stay in. Staff was helpful and guided us, rooms and hotel in general was clean. They have a nice sit down outside. And 10 to 15 mns walk from the places you need to check out
